Welcome to Atlantic Insurance Agency. Please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions before purchasing any third party health care plans through our website.

Introduction

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Atlantic Insurance Agency ("Agent") offers third party health insurance plans to individuals or entities ("Policyholder" or "You").

Eligibility and Enrollment

To be eligible for a health care plan, You must meet the criteria set forth by the third party provider. All applications are subject to approval by the respective provider.

Coverage Details

Agent acts as an intermediary connecting Policyholders with third party health insurance providers. Coverage details, including benefits, limitations, and exclusions, will be outlined in the policy documents provided by the third party provider. The policy documents will be controlling and final in all disputes.

Premiums and Payments

The Policyholder agrees to pay premiums as specified by the third party provider. Premiums are to be paid in accordance with the terms set forth by the provider.

Renewal and Termination

Health care plans are typically provided on an annual or calendar year basis and may be renewed subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the third party provider. Either party may terminate the plan in accordance with the termination provisions outlined in the policy documents.

Claims and Reimbursements

The Policyholder agrees to follow the claims submission process as specified by the third party provider. All claims are subject to review and approval by the third party provider in accordance with the policy terms.

Exclusions and Limitations

Certain conditions, treatments, and services may be excluded or subject to limitations as outlined in the policy documents provided by the third party provider.

Privacy and Data Protection

Atlantic Insurance Agency will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to Terms and Plans

Atlantic Insurance Agency and the third party provider reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement and the details of health insurance  plans. It is customary that any such changes will be communicated to the Policyholder in advance by the third party provider. Agent cannot guarantee and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, that third party provider(s) will fulfill their obligations, whether expressed, implied, legal, regulatory. 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be resolved through mandatory, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Limitation of Liability

Atlantic Insurance Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Atlantic Insurance Agency and the Policyholder and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

By purchasing a third party health care plan through Atlantic Insurance Agency, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
